- Toucan Telecom have been phoning me up on a TPS-registered number, withholding their caller ID and pretending that they are actually calling from the UK
- They took no action when asked to desist
- Their spam is of no interest to me as the call quality on their spam calls is so poor there is no way I would sign up to their services
